Slice the zucchini into 16 thin round slices. If using sliced cheddar or cheese sticks, cut them into 16 pieces about 1 inch wide, or the length of the mini hotdogs.
Roll out the dough and separate into 8 triangles following the pre-cut lines. Then cut each piece in half long-ways.
Place one slice of zucchini topped with a hot dog and cheese on the widest part of the croissant dough.
Roll the dough so that the ingredients are held inside the dough. Place on your baking sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes or until dough is cooked through and golden on top.
