Yogurt is the absolute easiest way to get dairy into my toddler’s diet, and while she already loves regular yogurt, I like switching it up for her to keep it interesting! These frozen yogurt bites were the perfect way to do that while ALSO being a snack that stays good for soooo long since they live in the freezer! One batch of these and you’ve got a super fast and easy breakfast or snack ready in an instant.
When you make these frozen yogurt bites, feel free to get creative and use the mix-ins your toddler likes. I used granola and berries, but you can also use coconut, chocolate chips and any other fruit you want.
I also make a super similar recipe for frozen yogurt bark that my toddler loves too. It’s nice to switch it up and offer variety so she doesn’t get bored of having the same things over and over.

Ingredients Needed for Frozen Yogurt Bites
Whole Milk Yogurt: When serving these frozen yogurt bites to toddlers 2 and under, be sure to use whole milk yogurt for the full fats they need for brain development! For older toddlers and kids, feel free to use any other yogurt or Greek yogurt that you’d prefer.
Frozen Berries: Any blend of berries or other frozen fruit works great! I used the Cherry-Berry blend that I had on hand.
Granola: Store bought or homemade are both great!
Fresh Berries: Just for topping. Not 100% necessary, but definitely make them look even better!

Baby-Led Weaning for Frozen Yogurt Bites
These frozen yogurt bites are probably best for toddlers one and older. When the yogurt is frozen like this, it can be hard for babies to maneuver. You can also pop them in the microwave for a few seconds to help out the younger toddlers that need it a bit softer!
The only common allergen in these frozen yogurt bites is dairy, so be sure to test that before serving.

Storage for Frozen Yogurt Bites
Once they are frozen, pop them out of the muffin pans and into an airtight container. Store in the freezer for up to three months.
